This meat tenderizor works beautifully. Even better than the old "professional" model that I used to have. It has more blades, the blades are even thinner, and it includes a nice acrylic base to store it in. I'm very happy with my purchase!
This is an exceptional product. The blades are very sharp and pierce the meat easily. The handle is oversized for an excellent grip and the product appears to be well made and durable. There is a very nice plastic protective cover for the blades. I would highly recommend this product. It will be my primary utensil for tenderizing meat.
This product is great if you are trying to make Chinese roast pork. Part of the process of making super crispy skin is that you have to poke a ton of holes into the skin so that all the moisture can escape while it is sitting uncovered in the fridge. This accomplishes the job way better than it other wise would with a single stick. You poke a ton of holes at once and you're done in no time.
